We do not guarantee that any product will meet every subjective expectation you may have, or that it will appear exactly as shown on screen.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Joyful Riot reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance by email and successfully process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations, changes, or corrections.

Some Joyful Riot collections are offered on a limited-time pre-order basis. This means that certain products are only available for purchase during a defined ordering window. Once that window closes, the product may no longer be available, may not be restocked, and may not return for sale. Final production quantities for limited edition products may depend on the total number of confirmed orders placed during the pre-order window.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

For pre-order products, shipping timelines may differ from in-stock items and may require extended production time before dispatch. Estimated production or shipment timing shown on product pages is indicative only unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon our transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier.
